Assistant Vice President, Marketing
- Responsible for directing and overseeing all university marketing operations and strategies. Administers consistent brand stewardship and messaging development.
- Oversees production of all advertising material, including experiential, print, digital, video, audio, and out-of-home.
- Collaborates with campus stakeholders to promote special events, programmatic engagement, and advancement initiatives.
- Directs all aspects of creative marketing production, including graphic design, photography, and videography.

Graphic Designer
- Maintains the integrity of the universityÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s brand identity.
- Serves as a main contact for creative and design project requests.
- Consults, coordinates, develops, designs, and manages advertising and print schedules.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to fulfill print collateral requests.

Specialist, Social Media
- Develops and manages LindenwoodÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s organic social media strategies in coordination with various departments and university strategic initiatives.
- Maintains responsibility for LindenwoodÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s brand and communication across organic social media and digital platforms.
- Monitors all social media platforms for appropriate content and executes updates as needed.

Director, Creative Content
- Leads production of the UniversityÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s branding, advertising, print, and digital collateral.
- Provides creative art direction and oversees identity compliance.
- Ensures that the creative produced is innovative, consistent, and effective.
- Manages relationships with vendors to ensure satisfaction and premium quality production.

Director, Integrated Marketing
- Manages social media and SEO staff to ensure effective strategy and performance.
- Develops and executes enrollment-focused marketing across digital and print; oversees digital advertising performance.
- Creates and manages content to ensure brand consistency in tone and messaging across digital and print.
- Coordinates media buys and vendor partnerships, collaborating with agencies and external partners.

Photographer
- Primary photographer for marketing campaigns and promotions.

Assistant Vice President, Communications and University Spokesperson
- Oversees internal and external communication initiatives.
- Develops strategy for media relations and targeted partnerships.
- Collaborates with university staff to pitch stories and respond to media inquiries.
- Partners with the Public Safety department to disseminate timely warnings and emergency communications.

Specialist, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Content
- Creates and executes comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Conducts thorough keyword research to identify high-impact search terms.
- Develops SEO-friendly content for the website, microsites, and landing pages.

Manager, Communications Content
- Oversees delivery of written and digital content to convey strategic messaging.
- Copyedits produced content including university-wide reports, email communication, magazine articles, and media buys.
- Drafts original communication for website content, magazine articles, and press outreach.
- Shares responsibility for LindenwoodÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s brand and communication with both internal and external audiences.

Videographer
- Primary videographer for marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Provides campus-wide videography, photography, and editing.

Manager, Web Strategy and Development
- Manage the universityÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s portfolio of websites. This includes ongoing evaluation and revision of the siteÌÇÐÄvlogÊÓÆµ™s functionality and content for effectiveness, monitoring, and implementing relevant best practices and trends in website content.
- Assist and train a network of web contributors who are responsible for overseeing and updating their departments website content.
- Act as a liaison between the Department of Information Technology, Marketing and Communications, and outside vendors to resolve technical problems and improve the site experience.
- Ensure pages conform to SEO best practices and accessibility.

Coordinator, Marketing Projects and Operations
- Maintain and reconcile internal accounting records
