Human Resources
Adjunct Faculty
Part-time adjunct instructors are important in helping ensure our students receive a quality education.
Compensation Schedule
The adjunct instructor compensation schedule credits and rewards adjunct instructors who possess terminal degrees, who teach higher-level classes, and/or who maintain a long-term relationship with Lindenwood University. While the compensation schedule represents a significant financial investment, this commitment is consistent with the value and regard Lindenwood University has for its adjunct instructors.
Annual Adjunct Conference
Lindenwood holds an annual adjunct instructor conference. This conference introduces adjuncts to the leaders of the university, features guest speakers, and creates opportunities for engagement and collaboration with the academic colleges in which each adjunct instructor will teach.
